Besides, this is the thread with the greatest training advice/training talk !

Sub 3:15 runners are talented, but not so talented that we run great times out of the blue.

Sub 3:15 are always looking for ways to improve our performance by training better or smarter.
Sub 3:15 runners are better than average because we are dedicated.

Sub 3:15 runners are not afraid of putting in hard work
Sub 3:15 runners know we will never medal but get our satisfaction from a well-executed race

Does that mean I need to remove myself from the sub 3:30 side bar then? Even though I moderate it.
