remember lurkers, shorter plans are available, 18 weeks is a long time and not all of us can keep sane for that long!

Final preps going well all training done just got to get hair cut and beard trimmed to be streamlined for race day :-)
Looked on fetch for my build up to this marathon and Boston UK in April (17 week build up to both)

Rother Valley Nov 16 19 Miles ran 693 ave pace 8:25 1/2 PB 1:30:34
Boston UK 14 April 19 Miles ran 483 ave pace 8:56 1/2 PB 1:33:59 time for race 3:13:13

Putting my target at 3:08 but anything sub 3:13 I will be happy
