Beard trimmed riggsy? Trimmed? Surely there's a couple of seconds to be gained by being clean-shaven.
Who's our best bearded 3:15-er? I can't even think of one right now, but that's me being dopey surely.

Bearded since Bradley Wiggens started winning the tour in 2012 getting it trimmed at irregular intervals
Beards are great for runners sun protection in the summer, keeps the cold of in the winter
