Back from Rother valley and pleased to say as a couple of you have correctly found out I have successfully finished the sub 3:15 year with a 3:05.51 Fourth overall and 1st mv45 (not bad for a 49 year old). Paths were ok just a few big puddles that it was easier to run through than risk slipping on the mud by running around. Will blog later about my terrible pacing but really pleased with the race

Great stuff riggsy, cracking time that. Pacing doesn’t look that bad too me. You’ve every right to be pleased with that. Enjoy some celebrations!

Your heart rate stats are very impressive / constant - is that normal for you? Pretty much no drift at all!!

sounds like a stroll in the park (valley). Very well done and the biggest sub 3:15 margin I can recall.
