Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Back from Rother valley and pleased to say as a couple of you have correctly found out I have successfully finished the sub 3:15 year with a 3:05.51
Fourth overall and 1st mv45 (not bad for a 49 year old).
Paths were ok just a few big puddles that it was easier to run through than risk slipping on the mud by running around.
Will blog later about my terrible pacing but really pleased with the race

Great stuff riggsy, cracking time that. Pacing doesn’t look that bad too me. You’ve every right to be pleased with that. Enjoy some celebrations!

A 1:30:40 first half by my watch was maybe a tad to quick

Your heart rate stats are very impressive / constant - is that normal for you? Pretty much no drift at all!!

sounds like a stroll in the park (valley). Very well done and the biggest sub 3:15 margin I can recall.
