Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Thanks everyone recovery starting this evening with a indian takeaway
Clare I have compared the HR to Boston UK and average this time was lower and more settled. I have been training more by HR so not sure if that helped.
Thanks puzzler I am pleased with how I have progressed this last 12 months from 3:27:35 when I did this race last year but have a feeling the next 6 minutes I want to take off may be the hardest

Riggsy - The way your times are coming down, don't see any reason sub 3 wouldn't be the target.

Knock a few minutes off your half and continue with building the mileage if you are comfortable with it.

Sub 3 is a target for next year will try and train towards it for Boston UK in April 20. I feel I can do a sub 1:30 half especially after yesterday.
Legs feeling ok this morning but may be a different story on Monday
