Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I’d say you are in plenty of time Larks. Take it easy, have some breakfast and chill out. Good luck.

Sat with plastic blue overshoes on - very fetching but essential! Grass soaked through the shoes I came down in, quite pleased I had my runners in a bag to keep dry.

I am nervous just waiting! Just in case anyone missed Lark's link to the tracker the other day, here it is again. Takes a little bit of setup for the 1st athelete but after that it's quick / easy.

Race well guys. Remember when it starts to hurt, it's fine as it's supposed to and you trained to be able to cope with this and maintain pace.

Wait patiently for the first split. Will it be 10K? Or is the 5K late?
