Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I'll also add my 'good luck' message of support to those racing this weekend - especially those of you that I've placed Fetch Bets on!

Fergus, you seem to have -400 credits in the Betting league. Should we be worried about your ability to study form and pick a winner?! ;-)

I actually can't see if people have put money on me any more. You used to be able to see it in your race portfolio, I think. I got like 6000 points bet on me once. PB'd tho. For the avoidance of doubt, if you value your credits, do NOT bet on me! :-) G

how far is your LR on Sunday CW? Looks like I have 17 planned; even with the last few at MP it feels very slack!

Is Chester a 9am start? That'd be perfect, the results coming in just I get in.

Come on boys!

WW, I have 16 on Sunday. This is after a 10Mile Tune-Up Race on the Saturday (according to the plan), so 16 won't be that easy! For my Saturday run I am going to run to parkrun and back to make up the 10 miles. I'll do the commute at MP and the parkrun will be 20mins as I am pacing.
