Day 211, just completed 2x 50k this weekend for the virtual Wolfpack 100!

I shall see how I feel tomorrow but want at least a 70 mile week!

I was feeling pretty pleased with a little over half that 😅
You could do a 4 tomorrow & a 6 Tuesday to recover then 5x12 to make 70
To answer your Q
My previous 100+ streak had 2x1.61M runs each week as warm-ups for gym work.
Started this one with a couple of 4 milers as I was testing out my ankle to see if it had recovered. My usual minimum though is a flat 5M.
#109 averaging 80mpw & over 7,000’/wk in ‘21

Totally get that Sushi.
I started WSW in the Autumn but I’ve had more breaks than playing weeks since. It’s a great game but easy to become overly obsessed by it. Not done the walk/run/walk/run etc activity split but did find myself doing 20 mile circuitous bike commutes to bag extra squares.

I’ve deliberately not joined the multiplayer since qualifying for just that reason.
FWIW Rather than quit I’d advise exercising where & how you want next week. If it means losing a WSW match or falling out of multiplayer so be it. Once out of the multiplayer it’s easier to take a break & extend it as you feel.

I do WHW and enjoy it - think it gets me to vary my routes a bit. But I lose on a regular basis and don't worry about it. where I live there are a lot of squares inaccessible to me so I can never get a great score anyway
I've done run the sum in Feb - cant manage it every month but its a good challenge
