Quite mild, got back just before it rained.
Went 'home' to the regular route we used to do every Thursday.

Ran in the daylight for a change. Hubby chucked me out the door for a late lunchtime run instead of running after work. Nice to see the sun...for a change.

Proper training this evening with a hilly time trial. Felt like giving up half way round but enjoyed it in the end. 5k done.

I'm alternating running days with proper training and then a streak keeper/recovery run. That actually seems quite sensible.

Another thing to look forward to, we have been able to keep some club runs going despite the new tiers coming in, so I have sessions on the next 2 Mondays and Tuesdays. :-)

However if you are fasting for any reason you still need to run!
