SteveC amid the winters snow
Yeah, similar here. I'm half a k from farmland and about 3 km from large areas of granite heath and woodland used by orienteers and walkers. I use a tool with open streetmaps to find new routes. There are hundreds of footpaths round here and OSmaps is surprisingly reliable. That's also part of what helps keep the streak going for me - finding new paths or wrinkles on a route even after having lived in the atea for 25 years.

I have a canal path very nearby but unfortunately it's too close for proper distancing from people.

I found last year when I had the fall and broke my 10 streak that I went up and down and then got all worried about ever being able run well again. i started steak 2. Then streak 3 and then stopped thinking about it and chilled myself out
The streak for me is always a little glowing light that I own. And I see it as my outdoor air time and try and focus on that
Of course nothing to see here in not a streak land Lol!

Easy 8 miles this morning...misty drizzle - not enough to get soaked but refreshing.

10k done. Didn't get rained on, but did get chased by a cute spaniel puppy. I did have to give it back though.
