I've joined run the sum too for September. most days are ok but I struggle to do more than 5 miles on a school day but will try

I’ve not got my head round this at all

Am I right in thinking 2 + 9 = 11 km so about 7 miles is the longest run then? And you start with a kilometre on the first?

yes non of the runs are too long my only issue is where a 7 miler is midweek but its definitely do-able :)
