Depends, @OO61. I like babies and would be surprised but not upset if I discovered I was having another one, but the dreams tend to be quite bizarre.

I can't recall having work related dreams since I retired a year ago, I haven't really thought about work since my job share colleague retired last March

I've never been able to recall dreams. Occasionally when I wake up I sense the shadow of one, but it almost immediately fades. Most of the time it feels as if I just don't dream. Not sure if that's a blessing or a curse, but suspect it's a blessing.

I occasionally have really vivid dreams. They used to be about work but less so now.

One of the best things about being retired is not having to de-ice the car every day.

People round here don't seem to know how to do it, no-one uses a scraper, they just seem to leave the engine running forever and drive off half cleared.

When I was working OH used to clear mine. Now I just take a sandwich bag with hot water over the screen and it’s cleared in seconds.

I won't use water, saw a neighbour crack their windscreen once doing that and wasn't even hot water. I scrape mine. Of course if I'd put on the windscreen cover it would have been so much easier. |
