Got my last pay say from my work so that's it. Now I rely on the sums we did 😉 I was like that for 15 months after I left my last teaching post, LipGloss It was surprisingly easy to manage once I wasn't going out to work any more. And having adjusted to the low income, it was lovely when my pension started arriving. |

I hadn't done any up to date sums at the point of retirement because it happened so suddenly, but I had worked and saved a lot during the pandemic so I knew we'd be OK till I took my pension 10 months later.
