Across the waters in the EU and into Asia, restaurants have widened the spacing between tables and chairs. In theory with social distancing it should be more challenging for pick pockets. |

With the issues of the global supply chain, suspect there will be a development of more local partnerships for supplies and goods.

Just attended a seminar with Unilever & Deloittes, and the question was asked to the Global Head of Sustainable Sourcing. She responded as follows: "Localisation will happen as the government focus on critical services such as medical supplies and there's a shift in consumer preferences towards local systems. However, there's still strength in the global supply chain, given that disruptions occur at different timings. A very important focus is to ensure that responsible supplies will become a new contingency norm for sustainable supply chain, locally or internationally. This will mitigate economic, environmental and/or social impacts. The pandemic has also exposed the inefficiencies in a short period of time. All in all, businesses will need to take extra steps to create sustainable supply chains" |

Farewell to the old handshake (which I always hated doing - some people have cold hands, clammy hands, sweaty hands, smelly hands, yuck) Maybe the new handshake will be "peace and prosper" or "nanu nanu" Maybe to experience new cultures and have different adventures the "holodeck" from Star Trek will become reality. Social distancing of at least 1m will become the norm and pick pockets will be reduced.... though digital hacking will increase with enhanced technology to capture digital wallets and cards..... a port is a door to a device. (FYI: about hacking a phone via bluetooth https://www.howtogeek.com/438712/could-your-bluetooth-devices-be-hacked-in-2019/) |

Wear a mask on public transport; wear a mask if you want to enter into a stadium with many others; wear a mask for any mass participation event. This is to reduce you from infecting others |
