I would say core is fine any frequency, evem on run days e.g. if u run in am or lunch time can do core in evening. or other way. i go easy on bodypump legs after tough long run even day before. or if racing or harder speed sesdion after. 3 times a week feels like a tough goal. will try tho. :-)G

I'll be doing some core today TT, but only coz I'm still injured
The tops of my arms and shoulders hurt from the core H outine yesterday! My core muscles do not hurt at all!! Obviously I didn't try hard enough!

Morning! Where did this thread come from? Not spotted it before.
I just did my first circuit sesson this morning, which included ab curls, ab crunches and some planks, amongst other things. It's going to be a weekly thing from now until Brighton, or at least that's what The Plan says.
Is this the right place to come and moan about how I ache already?;-)
