My back used to ache when I walked slowly or stood still for any amount of time ( I do a lot of this in my job) but did not ache whilst running. I've found the yoga sessions really help. :-)

I do one yoga session a week at the moment, all else has fallen away so I need to do at least one other core session if not two. More or less the plan is sort of this:
Monday - core. maybe that preparation H jobbie will be that day :)
Friday - yoga, that cant change as its a class
so one more day possibly to to the beginners triathlete core exercises - Wednesday?
Sorry if this has been asked already - is core best done after a run or really, for sake of time, does it really matter for beginners or can we just work on the assumption that we just need to get on with it in whatever time we have?

I usually do core work a) if I remember and b) if I can be bothered!!

Not on a run day though, but this is going to change as I'm going to run out of days in the week otherwise :)

i bought a bench to do core exercises on but i have hardly use the equipment :-0 i had the intention but it did not happen :-0
