Have just added some dynamic and static stretching links. Think is important to point out that dynamic stretches are supposed to be part of your warm up, I would usually do them after at least 5 minutes of very gentle jogging and static stretches part of your cool down. Please don't do static stretches cold. Sorry if am teaching grandma to suck eggs but....

Thanks for the stretching links Terminator. If nothing else they show the good habits that have been put in my head by training with my PT. And some of those plank, abdominal and back exercises are incorporated in my pilates class (probably not strictly pilates).

Yes, that arm and leg exercise is one I did in Pilates years ago...only when he lifts the leg, the back should remain flat. He's losing it there.
