Off to the gym later to do some core work along with cardio. Will make Monday and Wednesday my major days for doing this with some minor stuff thrown in on gym days :-)

I'm guilty of skimping on this. I aim do some strengthening exercises a couple of times a week but I run in the evenings when I get home and by the time I get back I tend to want dinner rather than more exercises and after dinner I forget. The 10 minute Core H session looks like it would be ok to fit in a couple of times a week. If I can get a place in it I do a class in yogalates on Fridays that should help as well.

Getting into a habit will be the thing for me. I don't think I would be a very good buddy so I don't need to be paired with one.

Core H work out done :)

Substituted the sit ups with hip lifts - seemed to work quite well.

Realised that when the girl in the video does the side planks she has a straight arm! No way am I able to do that!

That man from March
Get thread. I've picked up loads of exercises from the links. This is an area that always goes to the bottom of my priorities. Hopefully it will change now.

hello folks. I joined the group yesterday but didn't get a chance to post anything. I'm guilty of letting core & general weights slip to the bottom of the list of priorities so I'm hoping this will help keep my mind on the right track. I've tried that core H session before at just 30 seconds a rep. I liked it and my plan is to start that up again building up to a minute each *gulp*. Liliaicha - we did that side plank with straight arm at yoga the other night, I was wobbling about all over the place after a few seconds - can't imagine being able to keep going for a minute :-O

I've been teamed up with RichHL *waves*. I'll fmail later to say hi and let you know what my plans are :-)
