Yes, front plank with straight arms is far easier than on elbows...but hubby told me that was cheating!

The straight armed version was cheating...done my core workout - some pilates and side plank work. I haven't done that in ages.

I was away for the weekend and wimped out of my core session yesterday. In my defence, can I say that the parkrun was really hard work and the hotel gym was useless?

I have an intervals session tomorrow night and I'll do some core work after it if I have any energy left. Possibly.
