Hey Toks, check out the videos at the top. Lilaicha and I have just done the 'core h' one , definitely felt my bits being worked hard!!

This is just what I need. I'm trying to go to 2 pilates or body balance classes a week. Should be at a class now but going to have a lie down instead...

Hello, I've just spotted this thread. I love my core and strengthening sessions and do pilates once a week. Hopefully I can offer some help, advice and gentle encouragement.
