Went to club to do "Fab Abs" session. Bilddy cancelled cos no one showed up (and I was late). Didn't care, did my own. Anyone tried doing shoulder pressups, curls, shoulder raises etc on a Bosu (wobble board)? Meant to be good for core. Felt weird! :-)G

I've done sumo squats on a bosu ball. That was quite hard work. My core was fully engaged then.

Did 2 hours of swimming - not technically core work but it definitely works the abs.

Workout consisted of Chinese and beer yesterday... my core felt strained, but not in a good way. Will set about undoing the damage after my 5k this morning...

TT - Had to be honest I have no training run today, should be racing in the Frostbite League race tomorrow, I'll see how I feel in the morning, so will give the core training a go today if I can just stop coughing every few minutes. Off to check on the links to see what exercises I fancy
