TT - It's amazing what you can do with a gentle kick up the backside. 10 minutes of Core work just completed and I feel OK. Now for breakfast. Cheers.

Fab abs book has come Is only saying to do 9 minutes a day every other day though. Hardly enough to beat Lili is it? Anyway will do a core H tomorrow then start the book on Monday.

Nice going That man...btw, coughing is quite good for the core...and breathing from the diaphragm!;) I did some last night along with 10 good girlie pressups, will do a little more tonight and more tomorrow after my run. Loseley Park...after the rain we had yesterday it's going to be mudfest as it consists of muddy fields, then hopefully not getting too lost getting back to Guildford, jogging.
