got my combined core h time up to 7 mins the other day. probably try to beat that tomorrow. well done everyone, very impressive lists of exercises where I'm not entirely sure what they are. I might invent some good core exercise sounding names for everyday tasks. twisting lunge = watching csi...

How are you all doing? Can you do a bit extra for me as I'm self imposing a week off?

On a positive note the one thing I have managed to do this week was a pilates session with at least three planks and a good 5 other core exercises in. I suspect I will be going stir crazy by the weekend with no running or cross training.
