Ok 21 minutes including a few pauses to do the killer core workout, hindu and spiderman press ups were ridiculous as was my form a lot of it. didn't even attempt the legs behind head thing, save that for another day. It was basically ridiculous, hoping this boook comes tomorrow and is good so I can avoid Lili's masochistic videos for a while. :-)

Forgot to say, yes it hurt but quite enjoyed I think.

Not that I was wimping it Lil just not coordinated enough, the down and forwards bit was ok but it just seemed to me was just coming straight back up arse first rather than down and up. Certainly wasn't graceful...

I am willing to do a spreadsheet if we want a group challenge but for our personal battle am just updating out challenge page....

In terms of the whole workout if you had seen me I'm sure you would have said it was ridiculous too. But it will improve....

Managed Pilates class last night but will be out now for a couple of days as I'm feeling a bit ropey.. Just flaked out on the sofa after work tonight.

you have good reason to take it a bit easier this week Scribbler. I have to apologise to my training buddy for being pants at encourage him and also for being slow at recording my own sessions. Sorry Rich, must try harder.

I did fit in a quick core session after work last night though but I don't feel sore today so I might not have worked hard enough :-O
