Ouch! Never has 20mins felt so long. Didn't do the spiderman madness and did the reps slower and fewer, that hurt.

Done my core at club tonight, Super Sets with Sonja! Press ups, sit ups, calf raises, step ups, lunges, arm/leg raises. 3 x 30 secs of each. I actually hurt a little, but it's all good!

Hi Toks, thanks for the nudge. 20 mins done yesterday. Was hoping for a session this evening but has been completely manic here. Over a hundred kids knocked on our door for trick or treat (not kidding - we'd bought two packs of 50 lollies to hand out and all went and more) as well as dealing with my own darling daughters so time has just gone. Another session tomorrow.

Finally done some core work today, although it's only been 8 days since my last one and now in post marathon recovery so will be doing a bit more as I back off the running mileage abit. Doing a modified version of the triathlete one but with no illusions of ever being a triathlete, seriously, swimming. What's the point? Too much chance of being eaten by sharks for my liking
Also liking some of the exercises in the other routines too, so will be able to mix it up a bit more now. Although I wonder what Lil's really looking for when she stumbles upon these core workouts
