Just completed 10 mins of core work. Have not done any since last Wed as I came down with a cold on Sat. Ran for 4 mile Sat and 4 mile Sun to try and sweat it out, did not work though So a day of complete rest (apart from running about at work like a mad woman) yesterday
Today was supposed to have been a 3 mile run but I'm going to do that tomorrow instead. Off to a yoga class in a little while Hope I can hold the poses for long enough without coughing and spluttering

Good work going on. Well done everyone.
Was hoping my fab abs book would be here but no joy so looks like I'm trying Lili's hardcore routine. Think will give 30 secs recoveries between exercises....

I went for a run for the first time in a week and I was so chuffed with that I got showered and changed before I remembered that I hadn't done my core programme. Doh.
Tomorrow. Promise.

Nothing Lil, honest What did you put in the search engine? Pain, torture and how to make grown men cry?

Close cg, I think I put in "20 minute core workout" and then selected "video" when the results came up - I like following a routine - makes the time go quicker, and I don't have to think about what exercise to do next

Absolutely Lil and I'm grateful for you posting it, but probably not when I've tried it. More importantly for me is seeing how the exercise should be done so at least I know what I'm doing wrong.
