Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Nice going That man... I did a small core workout and some stretching this afternoon but will do more tomorrow when I'm at the gym after I've finished my weights session.

*hangs head in shame* I did my 7 mile run today that I should have done on Thursday. And planned to do my weights and core work when I got in. By the time I finished the run I was so shattered I couldn't face the weights stuff. I'll try and catch up tomorrow.

In my defense: I had about 4 hours sleep last night and spent 2am to 6am staring at the ceiling. I've not been feeling my best today. The lack of sleep thing has been going on for about 2 months 3-4 nights a week. Next time it happens I should get up and do my core work in my pj's ;-)

I've not been on the thread much but my buddy is doing a good job of keeping me on the straight & narrow -- am just about to do my "standard" core session. I've also ordered the Anita Bean book mentioned a few pages back as I like the idea of a progressive 6 week programme.

Keep up the good work everyone!

Good thanks loki - 30 mins of core last night with #2 son joining in for some of it - he makes the planks look ridiculously easy! Not aching too much for my LSR this morning, thankfully.

Good luck with your Core-H workout today - did you manage to sell tickets? ;) I tried out one of the lying-on-your-tummy-pretending-to-swim exercises last night and remembered that I'm seriously uncoordinated! Arms OR legs, NOT both...
