LOL Tyran! I think planks in front of the TV is the way forward!

I'm going to fit some core in today, for certain! And actually try to schedule some into my calendar for the week ahead so that I make time for it at least 3 times per week.

still recovering from first core h attempt but plan to try again tomorrow. will aim for three times a week, probably mon, weds, friday (or in practice fri, sat, sun due to being flaky in the week and realising I've not done anything.) :-)

Ooh, good idea Loki. Does anyone fancy getting an easy to use spreadsheet put together on google docs? Myself and Lili shall continue our battle individually too though, but with only a Core H planned for pre lsr tomorrow think I will be playing catch up by end of weekend. Is not a sprint though......

My quads have been aching and I'm sure it is them prone elbow stands doing it...
