yes, that's the one I struggle with - quite glad it's not just me.. I actually have pretty long arms, but I can't get them to anything like 90 degrees with my back. I can do face down planks fine, and I can do the face up one where you rest on your shoulders and bend your knees. maybe I need to try arching my back a bit more, or I might just replace that one with something more sensible. how do you all time them? I don't have a handy american to hold the stopwatch, but I'd like to be able to record any improvements.
will give it a couple of days then try again, maybe with less laughing.
