I tried the core h, and it turns out I don't have a core, so can I be excused?
apart from the planks I couldn't get past 30s on any of them, some were harder to do due to laughing at my lack of balance and coordination. and I either have a huge arse or very inflexible shoulders as I couldn't do the first one at all.

The first is just impossible for me I can do it facing down plank which I had done plenty of times during my dance classes warm ups
