I tried the core h, and it turns out I don't have a core, so can I be excused?

apart from the planks I couldn't get past 30s on any of them, some were harder to do due to laughing at my lack of balance and coordination. and I either have a huge arse or very inflexible shoulders as I couldn't do the first one at all. ;-)

Do you mean the upside down plank Loki? I could barely get my backside off the ground for that one :-O

I struggle with that one because my arms get tired.

Lol Loki ;-)

The first is just impossible for me :-) I can do it facing down plank which I had done plenty of times during my dance classes warm ups :-)

Yeah, I don't have much clearance above the mat while doing that one - a combination of short arms and a fat arse :)

lol @ Sprouty. Unfortunately I have the same problem (not that I am agreeing that you have a fat arse mind).
