Hell yeah, no time like the present :-) Now there is motivation for you :-)

Just so everyone knows I have just challenged Lili to do more core work than me by 31 December, measuring by duration....

Core H workout done - 10 mins :P

Can do all the exercises for a full minute now apart from the "back hyper, scissor legs, breaststroke arms" that one is really hard!!

Can try all of them except the first one, just 10 sec on each poses though!
