I've been away for 3 days and I've come back to 136 posts :-O You lot must have impressive six-packs by now ;-)

I got back in time for yoga last night so I did an hour there. I've just done my free weights session (which includes a lot of balance with a gym ball) and the core H routine. I went for 30 seconds for each exercise. It wasn't easy but I'm going to up it to attempting 40 seconds next time.

I'm pleased to see my training buddy RichHL has been working hard while I've been away :-)

That 10 minute Pilates abs workout is good but I'm conscious that I need some back ones to go with it. I think that the lying on the belly ones from Core H are suitable for this.

I found this thread for the first time last night. I watched the video of that poor girl being put through all those different stretches with my kids who loved the video and were trying the various stretches all night, especially the "swimming on the floor" ones which they thought were brilliant.

They want to do some every night before they go to bed now which will no doubt mean me doing it with them :-)
