Whats even more depressing is that she does these after being out for an hours run or something plus some training work!!! I'm goofed doing this core session without the added stress of running before hand

Is all about making an effort. I'm glad to say that this thread seems to be having the desired affect and getting us all at it in some shape or form (even if it is bad shape and form )
GG why dont you just do a minutes plank and 10 crunches when you get up in the morning? It all counts...
