Omg :-0 I gave the core h another go today and the first the plank I could not lift my middle at all :-0 I struggled tbh in most of them but I gave each position a go at 10 counts, sorry i cannot do 60 sec at all, it was vicious as someone mentioned earlier but I will keep pushing on till I get use to it :-)

How are you getting on puzzler?

Toks - you'll still be getting a load of benefits from doing whatever you can. I've been doing Core H for over a year and still can't do a minute for some of the positions!
