Been good, got out for a 5km run to test my knee/calf out, and then followed it up with a Core H session (30 seconds each exercise) and a static stretch session.

Holy mother of crap!!! Owww owww owww.
Just completed Core H. Found the prone plank hard (elbows sore even with towel) and couldnt do the full sit-ups. Never have been able to do these but it will come with practice. Found the V exercises good and managed to keep my balance. Gonna feel it tomorrow lol.
Next Core H session is Wednesday

Did not have time for my usual core routine so had a go at the Core H 10 minute plan. Think I need more practice with the co-ordination
4 mile run and a yoga class tomorrow

Could do with some help getting back into core work. Used to love it, to the point of obsession, and now I can rarely bring myself to do any.

Done my session for the day: prone plank, side planks, leg pushaways, crunches, back extensions, high bridges. Don't know how you manage the Core H stuff. I tried one of the V exercises and manged about three seconds before collapsing. Long way to go.

Oof just did the pilates on the previous page. Today is cross training day so I did some rowing etc at the gym earlier as well.
