Nope - no floor in the office - there's a recession on, dontcha know?! The floor has been sub-let to a family whose previous address was Fale Darm, or something...

Anyway, I did manage to squeeze in 15 mins or so of core once I got home, before my stomach objected both to the strain and to the withholding of dinner. Felt good to do some, and know I can do some good (or at least cause some discomfort) with just 10-15 mins of effort, so will do so again tomorrow.
