6 mile run completed then
3 x 30 plank on elbows 3 each side x 30seconds side plank on elbows 10 x bridge holding for count of 5 20 x crunches and finishing with 3 x downward dog holding for 5 deep breaths Next session on my rest day Friday

I'm off to the gym for a weights session. I'll do some core work as a part of that and one day I hope that it's not going to be painful to bend on Thursdays.

Quite a lot of press ups and 2 rounds of punching sit ups at boxercise tonight. Expecting more core exercises during my PT session tomorrow morning, but may have a go at the Core H session tomorrow night.

I'm pooped. Core H done plus 3x30sec plank, 30 press-ups (box) and 3x 30sec bridge.
I still cant do the prone elbow standing but did a variation for about 20 secs. Only managed the V exercises for 50 secs each tonight as I felt tired and I did a variation of the knee to elbow sit-up (basically I cant haul my carcus upright yet )
