Termins - it's a £6 book, just lent it to my boss at work and she bought a copy straight away. It's a 6 week programme but also a great list of abs and core exercises. Also have AB's Sport's Nutrition book and that is very useful - bit technical in places but packed full of good tips and some cracking recipes.

Weight session done. It's mostly upper body with some leg work and core. Tomorrow I'll do another proper core session in place of my run. I'm taking a week off running to allow my foot time to get better.

You're going to have to stop this Toks - you are showing me up!
Didn't get to do planned core session yesterday so 10 mins plan for today instead, and 30 minute quick run if I can as well.
Tomorrow is looking better work-wise so at the moment have yoga at lunchtime and my 'trial' session at bodypump early evening which I am guessing has to have some core in it somewhere...!

Think I will try the pilates session on page 19 this afternoon. Was going to be leg strength work but legs felt a little tender on this mornings interval session so not sure now.
Done lots of dynamic stretching as part of my warm up this morning and a good 10 minute static stretching session after my warm down which was good for me. Lili you must shout if you look at my log and I have not done my stretching ok
Good here innit

I probably wouldn't want to be doing this stuff every day - these exercises are designed to build your core muscles, and like any other muscles they get stronger during the rest in between workouts, not during the workouts themselves.

Old Croc just ordered the book, book cost a penny, P&P £2.80. Still a bargain.
Obviously if I don't have a 6 pack in 6 weeks I will blame you
