Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

I've pulled something near my abs so core will need to be fairly gentle. I've been trying to figure out how I did it...and can only attribute it to violently blowing my nose on Tuesday morning. I can't believe it either but it hurts like hell to cough or sneeze.

I was being completely rubbish, hence hiding, but have a new approach that's working so thought I'd pop up again. I needed a way to set a myself a target that covered all the different cross-training, so have come up with my own system of points: 1 point for a minute of core, a set of strength training, 500m rowing (2 pts over 6k), 1m on the bike (2 pts over 10m and so on). i've set myself a target for the year (1666 pts because my mileage target is 666 - works out about 32 pts a week), and I'm now about 100pts behind target but catching up.

sounds like everyone is doing well. :-)
