TT - struggling, I must admit! The Pilgrim Challenge totally wiped me out! Not just with core work, I only did 10 miles last week!
Right off to do some now, to try to salvage some dignity!

I have been back in the swing of things for the past two weeks now, not quite to the great standard set by some of you here, but still managing to do 100 sit ups and 2-3 minutes of plank most days. I've even done some stretching post run!

Day 3 of the Mark Lauren book just done, is kicking my arse basically, arms, especially triceps, were still aching from Monday's session Core and legs day yesterday wasn't so bad but fair play my arm strength is poor....

I have abs DOMS today after a tough core routine in boxercise on Wednesday night and core elements in my PT session on Thursday morning. It's a nice kind of feeling.
