Velociraptor
My best boxful ...
These are "Little Dorrit". My pot of "Little Leo", which had smaller but multiple flowers and less vigorous foliage, is well past its best. Maybe I should have done some deadheading to encourage more flowering.

Is it measuring time? Mine have been looking progressively manky and need to be chopped down for measuring.

Do they have to be chopped down for measuring? I was hoping to leave mine upright for the birds.

I won't post a measurement unless nobody else had a sunflower more than 2ft. high.

Pothunter
Tallest upright one is 9’10 today. Yet to flower.
One of my others with a humongous head is still standing but has bent over at the top. Rough measurement along the stalk following the bend suggests 11ft.
One flower (past its best now) has a diameter of about 30cm

Keep watering and feeding Pothunter and you’ll blast through my ten footer which is wilting now.
