Might have been Hexham right enough. We were underwhelmed by both the town and the wall. It was a lot of hours on a minibus to play pirates on some old stones.

And it was Latin class, not geography. I think the teacher just wantes a jolly to a massive shopping centre nearby. (Metro centre?) It was nearly 30 years ago 😮
