Well, thanks to the old tinnitus again, I was up & out the door at 6 am this morning. I had a nice seven & a half mile run which meant I was knocking on Lord & Lady Fetch's front door very early for tea & biscuits. Yes, I've finished the Castle Challenge.

Many thanks to Synge & Lord Fetch for taking the time & trouble to organise the challenge, it's much appreciated. Plus, I've now got a nice coaster as a memento of all that running.
