Been back on this since returning to work after Christmas. Was quite pleased this morning when my belt went in a notch :-)

Anyone else still on it or am I all alone these days :-)

A friend of mine lost a couple of stone doing this and has kept to 6:1 ever since maintaining his new weight give or take.

I think its just the flexibility that suits him, all you have to do is not eat, for one day a week.

Ha, love that. "Just not eat" to lose weight! We're a daft bunch aren't we?

Gogsy!
I started it again in mid-October but didn't even try over 2 weeks through Christmas & New Year.
I've lost a total of 4 kg but I'm not strict with the 600 calories on the '2' days & sometimes do a 4:3 with 1200 cals instead.

Skipping breakfast is the main part & I don't really miss it as long as I can have a hot drink.

I lost one and a half stone last year. I'm just maintaining on a 6:1 regime now.

Anyone want to try it with me?

5 days of 'normal' eating and 2 days eating 600 calories (men), 500 calories (women).

Fast days are best not done on consecutive days, unless you have amazing willpower.
