Been back on this since returning to work after Christmas. Was quite pleased this morning when my belt went in a notch

A friend of mine lost a couple of stone doing this and has kept to 6:1 ever since maintaining his new weight give or take.
I think its just the flexibility that suits him, all you have to do is not eat, for one day a week.

Gogsy!
I started it again in mid-October but didn't even try over 2 weeks through Christmas & New Year. I've lost a total of 4 kg but I'm not strict with the 600 calories on the '2' days & sometimes do a 4:3 with 1200 cals instead.
Skipping breakfast is the main part & I don't really miss it as long as I can have a hot drink.
