Good morning everyone  Race strong, @HazelnutCH and everyone else. Lyrics: No. What: Watched the Copenhagen Half Marathon on a screen. Why: Research is important too. Then what: Going for a run. Distance to be decided, possibly just over 10k to bring me over 50 miles for the week. Why: I don't fancy the long run I should be doing today, and I do this for fun. Last hard: Yesterday. |
