Thanks, CasB - recovery is all good cheers! Sounds like you're on target for Manchester, I hope it goes well. You'll be annoyed you didn't book an earlier train  Tanda was a bit optimistic for me, suggesting 3:30 was on the cards, but I knew it wasn't really, so I wasn't greedy, just aimed for what I thought was possible. Holding on a bit at the end, but just about got to the target time! |

3:58.19 around Manchester 😀 Super pleased, that's nine minutes off my PB and more importantly for the thread, my first sub-4! (Though the way my legs are it's currently going to be my only sub-4, I'm not completely sure I'm going to make it out of my current seat at Piccadilly station and on to the train...😂) |
