Well I have Flites for the pub and small distances (including parkruns)

Mudrocs for trail and some not so muddy XC, MudCLAWS for XC (or you can use talons)

They have just launched this road shoe which is light and ultra light. They are great I used to wear Skylons as well but discontinued now wear KSwiss Konas for Tri and just started wearing Lunar glides for general shit

SD, I used to have knee problems and was wearing v. built up Mizuno Wave Alchemy. I switched gradually to Fastwitch but now do most runs in F-Lites. I have just done my 4th ultra in a pair of F-lites and have used them on every distance that you can think of with no problems.

Oh and I came on this thread because sub 45 is my 10k aim for this year. Lincoln 10k in 2 weeks but I think I am still carrying a bit too much timber at the moment. I am sure I can dip under 47 with another couple of mins off in the summer after some sustained speed work.
