I've just taken them off :) I go to the pub in them and run shorties in them.

I'll do 5 and 10k in them I think

I've not run in them though have cycled

I got them for work they are black and as on feet for hours on end they are ideal, ight try running in them one day

I've never heard of them before, are they designed for sports?

Thanks HOD, wow 28 mins. Looks like a busy race too but purely for a PB I'd give it a go!

Tell me more about flats. I run in saucony omni which give moderate support but considering a flat or light racer for my 5ks. Is this a bad idea? Am i asking for injury?

1km Intervals -- 4:20 -- 6:59 -- 4:20

1200m Intervals -- 5:20 -- 7:07 -- 4:25
