Grrr my posts keep getting lost with failed internet connection!!

For the 3rd time now,

Boo HOD :( hope you enjoy it at least...
Blimey, people like that make me so green with envy, at least train a little bit to make us look less pathetic ;) good for him though, I would be made up with that! Mind you, saying that, I wouldn't get to eat nice full fat food if I got the times I wanted without training for the races!

Adders thanks for sharing :) I will have to decide what to do next week now, 2 hard training sessions a week and so much choice but like Pammie says, mixing it up is the key to keep me on my toes CTRL a CTRL c before I get really peed off

Hills of Death (HOD)
That's all I can do Marchy I spent the last 2 autumns trying to get fit by Hellrunner/Sodbury type runs unfortunately due to injury and other stuff not finished a Club XC in 2 years (will be leaving soon anyway)

I was really enjoying it this time 2 years ago then I foolishly decided to cycle LEJOG in the May followed by the 3 peaks in June hoilday in July by the time August had come I hadn't run properly since April tried to make up for lost time ( I know I know) been trying to get back there since !!!!

Oh my, that is a wake up call for me being foolish sometimes trying to make up for training. It is best to be safe and slow than struggling to get back in the game at all :( sorry to hear it. But a 3:45 marathon is still a great time, I wouldn't be disappointed with that!!!! ;)

Pammie
I'd suggest Southend but looking at your profile and the races you've done i expect the wrong end of the country Felsted also in Essex is supposed to be good from what i've heard though i haven't done it.
