I wouldn't think this would be achievable for me - it's far too long a distance Now, on the other hand sub 24 seconds for 200m is much more of a goal for this year...

P.E. - my 400 PB is 61 - my 600 is 1.36 my 800 is 2.20 and my mile PB is 4.58

LOL I know Gobi, but I also know there are some fast track boys on here so it's worth a try. That would be a great time mate, good luck or if you don't get to do any races good luck to your chaps!
P.E. yeah thats basically it but even a 4 min mile now a days doesn't seem to be that good!
Nice one sLick I wouldn't mind having a go at some flat out 200m and 400m races this season.

Blister - I can let you know what my lads are up to given I have the following runners in my group
a sub 1.55(target is sub 1.50)
a sub 2.09(target is sub 2.00) a sub 2.12 (400 runner who has run a sub 1.30 600 in training)
